Having recently had their debut in Korea with the release of their first mini album "Timeless: Begins",
it was revealed that CROSS GENE will be debuting in Japan this coming
December. The group revealed this news during their first Japanese
showcase last August 2nd.
CROSS GENE is a multinational group, with three of its members being Korean, two of them being Chinese and one of them being Japanese. Both Takuya and Shin have already been working in the Japanese entertainment industry before their debut as a member of CROSS GENE, as they were both known as actors in various productions. A Japanese version of their recent digital single "Sky High" was used as an insert song for a drama featuring both members, "RUN60."
Before their Japanese debut, leader and Japanese member Takuya is set to appear in "Ai Ore!", the live action adaptation of a Japanese manga. He will be co-starring in the movie with The Boss's Karam. "Ai Ore!" is set to be revealed on August 25th.
