U-KISS’ Dongho’s ‘Don’t Cry Mommy’ ranks #1 at the box office over ‘Wolf Boy’ & ‘Breaking Dawn Part 2′

U-KISS‘ Dongho‘s ‘Don’t Cry Mommy‘ topped the box office ranking on its opening day.

The movie brought in 112,223 viewers on its first day, which was good enough to beat out both ‘Wolf Boy‘ and ‘Breaking Dawn Part 2‘. The two other movies have continuously been 1st and 2nd place, so ‘Don’t Cry Mommy’ beating both of these movies was an impressive feat.

The movie had previously been rated for adults only, but the movie makers protested the rating, saying that it was aimed for the youth. The movie deals with sexual assault of a young girl, who commits suicide. Her mother then commits murder of her daughter’s attackers.

On the same day, ‘Wolf Boy’ brought in 80,922 viewers, and ‘Breaking Dawn Part 2′ brought in 76,527 viewers.
